By bus: The Crescent is easily accessible by taking the number 12 and 64 bus lines, which run along Grays Ferry Avenue. From Center City, you'll want to take the route 12 bus, which runs west on Walnut Street between 7th Street and 23rd Street (and returns via Locust Street). Once you meet up with the main trail segment turn left and walk under the railroad bridge to reach the Esplanade.
