Rachel Vassar, Philadelphia Outreach Coordinator for Citizens for Pennyslvania's Future (PennFuture), presents a vision for Philadelphia's riverfronts. This vision includes a trail system that will create a network of green public spaces connecting neighborhoods and bringing residents and visitors to the riverfronts.
