PlanPhilly reports a compromise reached between Councilman Bobby Henon's office and a coalition of development and environmental groups, including SRDC, on an amended bill requiring 50-foot setbacks on all rivers and streams in Philadelphia. Bill No. 120654 was recommended favorably by the Committee on Rules, and passed unaninmously in full Council.
