South Street Bridge lights up!

PlanPhilly reports on the Streets Department's testing of the lights on the new South Street Bridge, featuring fantastic photos by SRDC's Lane Fike. Streets is testing out a variety of colors and patterns for the new lights installed in the bridge towers.
