Metered Parking is available on Walnut, Chestnut, and Market Streets, and along Schuylkill Avenue. The Banks are accessible by ramps at Market and Chestnut Streets and Stairs at Walnut Street (All on the east side of the river). 2-hour Neighborhood Street Parking is available near the 25th and Locust Street at-grade crossing into the Banks. No vehicular access across the tracks! A Parking Lot is available at 24th and Sansom Streets. Walk up the stairs at 24th and Walnut to get to the Walnut Street Bridge, walk along the bridge towards the river, once you're past all of the buildings, walk down the set of stairs that leads to the Banks. To acces the trail from this lot without taking stairs, you can walk down 24th Street to Locust Street, turn right on Locust Street and walk one block to 25th and Locust to access the at-grade crossing into the Banks.
