This professionally guided tour of the tidal Schuylkill includes equipment rental, 1/2 hour of instruction and 1 hour on the river. The tour departs from the Walnut Street Dock. Individual and tandem kayaks are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tours are led by Hidden River Outfitters.  Children under age 8 not permitted.  Participants age 8-12 must be accompanied by an adult, and must paddle in a tandem kayak with that adult. Waivers must be signed by all adult participants and the parent or guardian of participants under age 18.
