Once you see Lloyd Hall and Boathouse Row on the left, Kelly Drive will be on the right.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003ETo walk or ride from Kelly Drive to Schuylkill Banks, turn right onto Water Works Drive at\u0026nbsp;Lloyd Hall, continue along the trail past the Fairmount Water Works Interpretive Center and follow the trail\u0026nbsp;under the MLK Jr. Drive and Spring Garden Street Bridges.
