Boardwalk

Feel like you're walking on water as you enjoy one of the most iconic segments of Schuylkill Banks. This 2,000-foot long concrete structure runs parallel to the eastern shore of the river from Locust Street to a stair tower on the south side of the South Street Bridge and a ramp linking the Boardwalk to the north side of the South Street Bridge. The Boardwalk’s 15-foot wide pathway is supplemented by four widened overlooks that allow you to rest and enjoy the views.
