Bring your picnic baskets, games, blankets, and lawn chairs to Schuylkill Banks and enjoy scenic views of the Schuylkill River while relaxing with family and friends! 

Schuylkill Banks is part of the Philadelphia public park system and all Philadelphia Parks & Recreation (PPR) rules must be observed, including but not limited to no littering, no smoking, only authorized vehicles, no vending or selling on the trail without a permit, and no open fires. Event permitting and scheduling is handled by PPR; learn more and apply for a permit here.  

Looking for a new place to host an outdoor event? Bartram's to 61st Street, the newest trail segment, is a great place to set up a blanket and enjoy an afternoon by the river.
