Grays Ferry Crescent

Grays Ferry Crescent

This three-quarter-mile trail segment is located along the riverfront in the Forgotten Bottom neighborhood. Grays Ferry Crescent has 12.3 acres of meadows and lawn areas, three fishing spots, and a skate park, making it an oasis in the heart of the city. The trail will eventually connect to the Center City segment and points north via the Christian to Crescent cable-stay bridge project and to Bartram's Mile via the Schuylkill Crossing swing bridge project.

Access the Grays Ferry Crescent from Wharton Street and Schuylkill Avenue, the south side of Grays Ferry Avenue just west of Grove Street, and from the west side of the 34th Street Bridge near Pennovation.

Note: the Schuylkill Banks Movie Series at Grays Ferry Crescent takes place on the paved esplanade near the Schuylkill Avenue and Wharton Street entrance to the trail.
