Lloyd Hall is a Philadelphia Parks & Recreation facility that features a water fountain, public restroom, information center, cafe, bike rentals, indoor basketball courts, reception hall, and public terrace. This is a great point of departure for an outing into East Fairmount Park. Lloyd Hall was built from 1994-1998. It replaced Plaisted Hall as the only public building on Boathouse Row. The building is named in honor of former state senator and Fairmount park commissioner, James R. Lloyd.
